yes NDIS had become a rorters paradise. and its a big job to fix the ***kups.
but accounts for a lot of people who had never had a chance to become independent of to work before the NDIS. overall NDIS is a real winner for people with disabilities.
pros and cons.... the cons get the cream while the pros get done out of a job.
