Why did you have to say you were going to sell your investment property. I was thinking the same thing but now that you claim you are thinking of selling I'm thinking I should be doing the opposite. I surprised you have any modest investments as with that infallible crystal ball of yours that you keep the good news to yourself and only tell us the bad news. I thought you would certainly be in the UHNWI club and have long realized how poor a investment they are over the long term compared to shares.
BY the way Nostradamus where are you intending to invest the proceeds of your investment property sale ?
