Once the market eats through some of the stale old holders that need to raise cash after an extend wait it should take off.

Every 1c represents a market cap increase of only $7.68m. IMO there is absolutely not way the NCR Board, Taurus boys and US investors are going at accept anything less than $100M. If anything they'll have a clear pathway to go for the full $350M valuation at time ICAC got involved (as noted in other thread)
