Dear Nuenco shareholders and interested parties,

The Company has recognized that there are a number of parties that have a significant interest in Nuenco and use this forum to discuss its business. In order to try and assist in ensuring all shareholders are fully and accurately informed on the current status and operations of the company, the management team at Nuenco believe it would be beneficial for me to provide factual information and any significant updates to this forum to clarify the Company's position.

Obviously, all information referred to would be publicly available and no comments made on behalf of the company would be price sensitive. Unfortunately I can't spend each day monitoring the site and responding to multiple queries, but I am happy to attempt to respond to sensible queries within a reasonable time frame. I would appreciate it if you keep your comments factual and queries specific to recent releases or progress made by the company.
