It was me who described NUF as a cyclical commodity company.
I certainly agree that working capital is far to high and management needs to cut that back to more realistic levels.
China currently imposes a tax on exports of urea etc (although it recently reduced the amount of tax), so the possibility of Chinese producers pushing prices down does exist although I have insufficient knowledge to quantify that possibility.
