If the sale is drawn out NUF can free up cash by running down their inventory. Hopefully the IPL business can essily be spilt, i.e. low stock level, distribution centres on leases or in non competing areas etc. to only take on sections which provide synergies and the rest can be rolled off.
Hopefully its not Wesfarmers which acquires it!
