I think there a lot of risk attached for a 10x EBITDA price. Understand your point given the comparables, but this is company specific challenges regarding the debt & FME going forward. I think 6.5x would give a good risk return ratio (personal judgement) as theres a strong chance things might not go that well....
Plus I generally think the multiples are a bit high across this sector and need/will come down a bit depending on how long the drought goes on
