I was thinking of 6.5x ebitda, but then considering that the stock was trading on average of 7.5x, that doesn't give enough upside, unless you think Ebitda will improve significantly?
6 x ebitda will mean EV of 2640M. Net debt of 1571,means mkt cap will be 1069M. That means it needs to drop to $2.80.
If using 6.5x, it needs to drop to 3.40. Still another 15% drop from here.. No wonder shorts are piling up!
