So Mr Chi, I presume you understand a license to operate is a formal legal document with terms & conditions supported by legislation & statutes, in this case administered by quite a number of Govt bodies?

To alter those terms & conditions you need a little more than a fairy wand, or a cursory notice thrown up on social media, rather a legal document that clearly defines the responsibilities of all parties.

Last I heard Lynas had nothing much more than Yeo Inc's social media blurb, and 9 months, in fact they've had to resort to appealing to a court to try and get some official detail of what is actually inside Box No 3.

Now you sound terribly certain, suggests you may be in possession of such legal documentation that details the changes in terms & conditions and clearly outlines the new responsibilities and administration of such.

If so I'm sure Lynas would appreciate a copy, might save a few bob on lawyers, and while you are at it how about posting a copy here?
