Lynas has been trying for years (and we've been waiting for years) to avoid the worst-case scenario. Millions spent on Condisoil etc.
A PDF for all WLP has not and never will be a preferred option. It's just the first worst option now that Malaysia is considering forced repatriation of WLP. So say Australia chimes and nixes repatriation; what would that make a PDF?
Seriously, it's a bad joke to claim a PDF is a preferred option; one that stinks of inappropriate promotion.
