Maybe there was a whisper in the ear. Sell some shares, talk her down, Sinochem mop up and then higher offer likely for Rathborne's holdings? His is around that age where retirement is an attractive option ... the only real exit is complete takeover. Good luck to him. He built a fantastic business ... as a farmer love some of Nufarm's products. This will take care of our chemical bill for the year hopefully ...
