You are referring to bone conduction headsets, old technology from way back in 2012, any true wireless set with windshield or world on world off is a perfect solution for biking. Further, the sound quality on bone conduction headsets is poor, to say the least, against any true wireless headset. So in answer to your question, would Nuheara ever make bone conduction headsets, on a personal note i would say, on a scale of 0-10, it would be a 0 as they are not hearing related, and more sports related.
