Had a look at the external bone conduction tech. some time ago. Thought it silly and gimmicky.
Obviously can see it's use in surgical procedure viz Cochlear implants...but there is no indication that NUH (at this point or forseeable future) is considering the high range of deafness.
It is the moderate to middle hearing impairement demography that is the focus with IQbuds and upcoming IQBoost. Suggest you research why the OTC legislation was passed. There is highly cited debate on our board threads to start your education.
External bone conduction devices appear cumbersome and are as I understand it incapable of coming close to high fidelity sound nor good for anything much other than streaming sound. But DYOR to satisfy your curiosity.
Short answer...no.
