    You definitely need to vet people, align the HC handle with the email they provide with their real name and FB account, that should be enough

    At this stage the object of the exercise is to a) get all interested people together b) gather and organise some key evidence eg statements made in webinars and announcements etc and c) explore a potential action by presenting this evidence , lawyers will quickly tell you whether there is merit or not. The class action specialists will quickly determine this as they take a cut of any payout so they will be able to quickly determine the balance of probabilities of success. Dont go to a lawyer where you have to pay up front as these guys will often (not always) rack up fees for the sake of racking up fees. You want to avoid the KPMG's of the legal profession.
    The objective here is to establish whether there is a case and the balance of probabilities of success.
    My personal view is even if we get nothing but Miller and Board get completely cleaned out , that is positive exercise.
    Then there is the ASIC angle , no doubt a complaint should be submitted to them regardless
