I don't have any great legal knowledge, and the same goes the for ASIC.

I'm happy to try and fascilitate what and where i can in terms of the NUH Action Group communications etc.
There should be at least 1 or 2 other people, besides myself, to act as moderators of the Facebook group after we get things started, in case i'm not around. And i think you would be appropriate as a moderator, if you don't mind?
There may also be other people who join the group, who have legal and/or ASIC experience as well.
While i have been a member of another Facebook group associated with Nuheara shareholders, i'm only a novice at creating and managing a Facebook group.
Like you said earlier, lets wait and see where this thing lands, before we kick-off.
