I don't mind helping out on some of the legal stuff such as reading and evaluating docs, pointing to things we need to focus on and recommending courses of action, but I really dont have the time to be the "engine room" of any shareholder challenge.
I agree we wait to see how things land. I spoke to one of the committee members 2 weeks who said that if their doca fails they will launch a class action against Realtek. These guys are not only stupid but completely delusional. In fact there is potentially a case against the shareholder committee.
What we need to do is focus on a few simple things
1) Statements made by Miller. I would suggest his misdirections and obfuscations concering these issues 1) the supply agreement and the chip, 2) OEMs,3) Distribution deals as well as potentially his health issues and the board. It is sufficient for only one of these to land and you have something
Likewise these could form the basis of a submission to ASIC.
We just need to begin collating the info, market announcments, webinars (time stamps where he makes the statement) have to get a copy of the Sept 2023 Sydney investor briefing (ASX or Automic should have a copy) and there is a stack of info in the KPMG affidavits and documents.
