We can't let these thieves Miller, the Board, and the so-called shareholders committe (the proponents, only 2 so far!), KPMG and others get away with this. There is now clear evidence of outright lies to us, and the bad financial situation Nuheara was in, was then deliberately manipulated to where we are today! Left with nothing!
It's time to fight and take something back, by taking Miller and the Board to the cleaners.

I have created a private and (currently) invisible Facebook Group of the same name as this thread "NUH Action Group".
@the trickster suggested yesterday that i start inviting people to the group, and get a spreadsheet started to document evidence of Millers misleading statements.
The NUH Action Group is only for current Nuheara holders who participate in any litigation that is initiated going forward.
I guess our motivation is having been majorly ripped-off by Justin Miller, the Board and the others who have colluded with them.
I'm not a legal eagle, not an experienced Facebook group administrator, and not a spreadsheet guru. So please be respectful and patient.
I will be looking to "the trickster" for guidance regarding the legal matters, and documentation etc.
But if you are joining the group and you have any relevant skills, knowlege or experience that your willing to contribute, please put your hand up!

You need to request to join, and include your Hotcopper handle (exactly as it appears on Hotcopper), as well as the initials of your first name and surname.
Eg. In my case that would be "Laup56" with initials PG
I will be using your initials to match with your Facebook profile name. And i will endeavour to weed out any fake FB handles, as best i can.
There are no alias's in the group, so everyones privacy is paramount! And no information is to be shared outside of the group.
