Like i said, when you unwind things after discovering facts in Affidavits, it's clear that YES, they lied to us, and manipulated the timeline of the VA to attempt to take advantage, while being advised by KPMG, who then ran the VA. Thats a significant conflict of interests.

All colluding with the knowledge and cooperation of the so-called undislosed shareholder committee, from the moment they decided/realised there was not going to be a supply agreement.

Once that decision was taken they ALL orchestrated the timing and funding of the VA, to strip everyone of their shares, including Realtek.

When the facts are collated and presented we will see if there is a case for misconduct by Miller and the Board, among other things.

Quoting @the trickster again for expediency ...

"1) statements concering the supply deal where he made numerous statements stating that he cannot discuss the agreement as it is "commercial in confidence" but there was no executed agreement or any agreement, all negotiations regarding the supply agreement ceased in March 2024 as per KPMG affidavit but not once did Miller state there was an ongoing negotiation, this in effect created a misleading outlook regarding the company. Miller always put forward the illusion that there was a deal and so the success of NUH was a function of distribution and OEM deals, but by mid 2023 if the agreement had not been signed and this was disclosed to the market, many people would of sold, perhaps he and the board would of needed to go , who knows, but he created a false perception of the company in investors minds. This was showcased in the Sept 2024 Sydney investor briefing where he crowed about a "well progressed non US non fda OEM", well progressed? how? without a supply agreement he has nothing. It is misleading yet at the same briefing a caller from Melbourne asked detals about the supply agreement to which Miller replied he cannot discuss it as it is commercial in confidence. Anyone there or watching could not have come to the conclusion that there was no supply agreement, yet that was exactly the situation.

    2) the continued statements regarding OEMs yet there is no supply agreement to affect any of these

    3) launch of the gen 4 in vegas yet the launch was actually a showing of the prototype as per KPMG affidavit the chip was only completed in May 2024

    4) Millers health in 2022

    5) questions regarding kpmg and some shareholders who formed part of the committee strategising to to get rid of realtek during April-Aug 24
there is plenty of material and important to put the links to support statements"
