    That is where you get him, personally - which is a far easier and cheaper process. Personally, i would do an online crime report to the police for fraud, deceptive and misleading conduct in relation to the above, get a crime number, then lodge a claim against him personally online in your local court with the police case number, and sue for what you could have sold your shares for at the time. Bear in mind, that company were owed money a long time before they filed for a judgement, probably at least a year before that. Worth contacting them to get the details as and when Nuheara defaulted on their payments to them, which will give you the timeline of how much the shares were worth at that point in time on the default. It will also give you the timeline as to when the default should have been disclosed to the market. By not disclosing that information he has caused you to suffer financial loss.

    If you get the correct information and follow a plan, you would not need expensive legal representation, as your evidence from that company above ( in writing) would prove the case beyond any reasonable doubt that he acted fraudulently by not disclosing that information.
