Good post Trickster.
The Major Shareholder Group have certainly made a very substantial Investment into this loss making Company.
That is why I can - sort of - understand the action taken by the Major Shareholder Group.
If they sat back and did nothing, then the Company would have either been:
- Taken Over by Realtek, or,
- Liquidated.
They have decided to Takeover and Take Control of the Company to try to salvage part of their substantial Investment.
However, the Question is whether spending an additional $6M to $16M to try to salvage that Investment is a good idea.
It could be that they are just throwing more good money at a bad Investment.
We will find out in the next 12 to 18 months.
