So they will end up towards $50mln They have managed to wrangle the IP via some interesting legal moves regarding the doca, but they are in an terrible position What I dont understand is why didnt they do a deal with Realtek, split revenue as per Realteks offer , keep the entity listed. With Realtek in control they would of had a ready product to go or at the very least white label. Let Realtek worry about the monetisation, they have a track record. Instead they got back into bed with Miller a guy who has never been able to produce and drunk his kool aid.

Don’t the company losses remain and can be offset against future gains? There’s some value in those tax deductions, no?
