What I found interesting from the VA's documents, was that the MOU was never produced in evidence to back up any of these claims Miller made about the proposed licence agreement, or the terms agreed of the monetary side of the agreement. That in itself speaks volumes as to what that agreement actually stated and implied. One would therefore presume ( as the VA was clearly a "friendly" that the MOU would not look good to back up Millers statements to the ASX
