Well, you would have to surmise, that if there was one, it would have been in one of the affidavit's, specifically as the " Friendly VA" told the court that Realtek were forcing NUH into liquidation by not signing an agreement that " was meant to be signed - so where is the agreement they are referring to, and why was it not shown in court lodged documents to prove the VA point? And in Millers emails to Realtek he never mentions the MOU, he only mentions trying to get a clip per board signed. I am beginning to think now there was no written / signed MOU.
