Anyway, as far as I can remember robbbbbbb didn't want to just 'do what everyone else was doing', and look at 'what everyone else was looking at, and after some trial and error, he settled on the 195, as being quite accurate, and possibly giving him a small advantage.

Along similar lines,
There is a large study on line (somewhere), that referenced many hundreds of charts (it might have even been over a thousand) of all types (stocks, currency, Index, commodity), and found that the best 'all round' cross to watch was the 13/48ema
