This is interesting - At a point in time, the acquisition case for HP makes sense. I am sure an analyst within HP is crunching the critical mass numbers of owning outright (including IP) v supply. Not suggesting any conspiracy theories but it would be in their interest to keep the price low as well. All IMO.
