Actually, they did do due dilligence, quite a bit actually. There hand was forced as you say, due to the journalists post which led to the ASX enquiry letter, but it was already over by then, but coincided with the new capital raise as someone else mentioned in the thread. But it is incorrect to say no DD was done, a lot was done.
