You have my opinion and that is not a personal attack on you. I am not interested in speaking to anyone on the BOD. You are the one urging shareholders to do so. The BOD presumably discusses strategy with management and therefore have been complicit in all undertakings to date. Directors go pretty much cap in hand and are grateful for the salary and reputation given by that position.
