Thx for the tips, but to no avail unfortunately. I dont use streaming music very often, most of my music is loaded on phone and computer. I tried it with mobile data off. Same. I connect the Iqbuds to computer, another phone without App, etc. Same issue.

Just for general info. Weight - 78kg. 5'9" height.

As I say, I am not unhappy at all, just 1 function of the Iqbuds I dont get the full enjoyment from. I just keep in close proximity to my phone, computer when playing music. The rest no problems at all and they outweigh the just playing of the music. Life is quieter now, but still can interact. If I was living in Perth, I would exchange, but I live where Postal services are not that reliable Lol.
