ultimately it's the consumer who decides whether the product is good - focusing on how much HP may or may not order is putting the cart before the horse - the Nuheara product is not cheap - there are many manufacturers of wireless buds - Amazon just brought a good one out for $99 and Apple will be updating theirs very shortly.
