Off point, but in reference to this (as yet uncertain) issue with Klipsh about their purportedly TM'd oval tips...how is it that Apple isn't going after all the other distributors/manufacturers of Airpod/Oral-b style buds?
I have to speculate that's surely a far stronger point of differentiation to build a case on?
It's a mystery to me. Maybe @Morrison6 could enlighten us?
