On the same page there is an article about Apple Airpods wireless headphone market penetration in the first month. The headline looks unimpressed, but dig deeper and the numbers are actually encouraging for Nuheara ....
ie. the headline - "AirPods' sales spike barely dents market share for Beats and Bose"
The article explains that AirPods captured 2% of all headphone sales for the month of December, even though they were only available for 2 weeks of the month.

Doing some calcs, given the US headphone market is approx 92 million units sold per annum, and wireless units ran around 17% of that in 2016, that means in the US there are around 1.3 million wireless headphones/earbuds sold in an average month. 2% of that for Apple in December is 26,000 units sold (in 2 weeks). Of course, some of that will be the initial surge of the new product hitting the market, but from here on in new Apple customers have to buy wireless, so the demand will stay strong. If Nuheara hits retail outlets in the US as planned in March/April then hopefully it won't be hard work at all to get a slice of that 1.3 million units sold per month (and growing, no doubt).
