    Any announcement on the ASX can be accessed by the general public, not just shareholders, so I don't understand your point. Whether it is announced at CES or via an ASX announcement, the general public find out at exactly the same time as shareholders. NUH can't send shareholders an email before a public announcement, as that would breach continuous disclosure regulations.
