I have the same feeling it looks like management does not want to go back to the market but want to trade itself into positive territory.
That is a sign that business is going well and that they believe they can sell their product in a ready market.
Once that is proven it will not take long before the share price goes up quickly.
So far I can only see positive signals so we need patience here and wait for the rewards.
