However, I can assure everyone here, there is a huge difference working for a company where managers and owners are the same people as opposed to working for a salary because a contract says you must.

Justin and co don't strike me as leaders working simply for a buck. They are working for to a vision. There is a monumental gulf in the pursuing your own dream to make it happen and being a small owner of a massive corporation and reporting through the various management layers & channels dictated by profit.

In my opinion, golden handcuffs may well work in some businesses, but not all.

NUH may take on a substantial joint venturer to smooth the financial path but I strongly believe it will not easily be bought out.
