As I commented in the other thread, the timing of the CR is perfect given Nuheara are presenting to US Congress members, Federal bureaucrats and the US media at "CES On The Hill" in Washington DC in 2 weeks time. If you're looking at a supplier to provide large quantities of high tech equipment for defence or other government departments, then a supplier with solid financial foundations is critical.
