    So where it is required that the devices be purchased from a licensed hearing aid dispenser, if the Bose devices are a lot cheaper than traditional hearing aids, the dispensers may be unlikely to push (or even sell) the Bose devices since they would get a much higher margin and profit from selling the traditional devices.
