Exactly... if there is no requirement for the OTC regulations to be approved as a hearing aid then FDA approval will enable the classification.
All seems quite bizarre. I’m sure we will find out more in the short term.
Makes you wonder if the SP will react to an FDA approval for Nuheara? I know how it can effect the pharmaceutical industry.
