So another possibility that could impress us @howard Ino is they already have an OEM deal with another entity but there is a non-disclosure agreement that prevents Nuheara announcing it until the other party is ready.

The ASX provides duty of disclosure,as follows:

Exceptions to duty of disclosure. If, one of more of the following are met:

• it would be a breach of a law to disclose the information‒
• the information concerns an incomplete proposal or negotiation‒
• the information comprises matters of supposition or is insufficiently definite towarrant disclosure‒
• the information is generated for the internal management purposes of ASX or‒
• the information is a trade secret; and
• the information is confidential and ASIC has not formed the view that the information has ceased to be confidential; and
• a reasonable person would not expect the information to be disclosed.
