... Or perhaps the honeymoon period is over? Do current / potential shareholders want to see some real sales traction rather than more great announcements that do not bear fruit?

Again, same comment as above. All those distribution partnerships in hearing / optical channels, the buzz about LiveIQ that was to ship in Q4, HSP, and as you say, NHS and Specsavers. Actual delivery on any of these less than overwhelming (in my opinion)
