Most of the points listed suggests inexperienced management who are overly optimistic and think everything is rosy all the time. These personality types tend to make good founders but not great managers.
having said this, re: HP. Their point of view is:
the COVID enforced shift towards video conferencing isn’t going away.
a headphone that is primarily based for speech recognition and for use with computers will be required for workers who video conference… as will a computer that gives high quality video and has a microphone that can be easily heard.. hence their initial strategy is to bundle their top end of everything together…

all you need to do is watch a news report where they interview someone who’s on a laptop over skype… it’s amateur… then go and watch a review that shows the dragonfly elite camera and video quality. It’s chalk and cheese. The HP dragonfly elite looks like it’s studio level camera work and microphone quality… hence why they are also bundling it with easily pairing speech recognising headphones.

HP have seen a future trend , enforced by the post COVID world, and theyre betting on it via a laptop and headphone setup based to enable seamless video conferencing in terms of both audio and visual. Nuheara provides one of the key ingredients to this puzzle.

people have been upset that these have been bundled.. I see, the fact their bundled with their top end product… their showcase product suggests HP see their headphones as a top of the line, showcase product. If they thought it was an average product or were just ‘testing’ the market, they would have just sold them separately and not really cared if they failed or succeeded
