I am going on a purely technical trading term.

When the stock moved up there were also orders that was placed in the buy column that "made the buy side" looked better than it was.

As for the "story not even unfolded yet" this is what I meant that there were buyers that were expecting more in terms of announcements.

This seems to follow a similar stock that I also hold in GGG, tremendous volatility in the last 3 months. Hopefully like GGG can move past its 14.5cents recent high.
