Stock kept down by the CR issue, which has been hanging around for a while. Without the CR Nuheara have no funds to produce stock at rates that sustain the company.
Why did it take so long to lock away the CR? A good question to senior mgmt. I think they thought SP would be higher and the longer they waited, the more nervous the market became. Vicious circle. They've ended up raising at about 2-3cps lower than if they accepted the SP at 12c as being a reasonable time to do it.
