In the meantime they are still trying to build their retail footprint, they have Walmart/Bestbuy and a few other chain outlets so it will grow, but they need the big hits that come from OEM’s .
I don’t see how NUH can announce anything to the market if the deals are in negotiation beyond stating what they have already stated. One cannot disclose confidential negotiations until the deal is finalised, at which point they can advise the market of the dollar and supply value as well as any other material details.

also OTC is actually important even for non regulated devices.
It's the market OEM's would use to address wether or not the products are worth dealing with.
