Looks like no ASX announcements updated on website since April 2024
I always like to keep a record of company website and staff for future reference especially when comparing to linked in record and when detail they provide when joining another company- over decades it has proved amazing resource to see what is left off or changed.
Hopefully with single director numbers it should be good practice for all companies to ensure a ASIC record of all historic and current company affiliations are listed as part of protocol of appointment and stat dec of completeness included and for a public company that should be made public.

Mr. Miller founded ASX-listed IT services company, Empired (ASX:EPD) and most recently was the founder and CEO of industrial hearing and communication company, Sensear Pty Ltd, where he was responsible for growing the global business from the San Francisco Bay Area.
DR. ALAN DAVIS
Chief Technology Officer
Alan is an experienced audio product engineer who has spent more than 20 years developing and bringing to market innovative audio technologies for consumer electronics and audio communication products. He holds a PhD in Digital Signal Processing from Curtin University, Australia. Alan has held management positions at Dolby Laboratories and Sensear, an industrial communications company.

Nick has spent the past 20 years developing sophisticated Consumer Appliances with some of the world’s top brands. He has led global teams, fostering a culture of consumer empathy, and driving product roadmaps to commercialisation and global launch. Nick holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from RMIT University, an Executive MBA from AGSM and has Lean Six Sigma qualifications at Purdue University. His work has been recognised with Red Dot and Australian Design Awards, he is named inventor on over 10 granted Patents.
IVAN KELLY
Chief Financial Officer
Ivan is a seasoned executive with extensive corporate finance experience globally including capital markets in the UK, Europe, USA and Australia. Prior to joining Nuheara, Ivan was based in New York as the VP of Corporate Finance at a leading US sports-tech entertainment company. This cumulated 12 years of experience as a senior executive at a global FTSE100 / EURO STOXX 50 business including acting as its Head of Investor Relations. Living with lifelong hearing loss, Ivan is passionate about how hearing technology accessibility can transform well-being globally and was excited with the opportunity to join Nuheara in May 2023 to leverage his corporate experience and help Nuheara accelerate its mission. A Chartered Accountant, Ivan started his career at KPMG, Ireland.
CATHERINE MORGAN
Head of Quality, Regulatory & Legal
Catherine joined the Nuheara C-suite in August 2023 with over 20 years of experience in the hearing industry, bringing a deep understanding of the hearing healthcare, medical device industry, global regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Catherine is responsible for driving regulatory strategies, ensuring adherence to global regulations and standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within quality management systems. Before joining Nuheara, Catherine held senior leadership positions at the National Acoustic Laboratories and more than 14 years with Cochlear Ltd. Catherine has a proven track record of successfully navigating complex regulatory landscapes and implementing strong clinical quality management processes while fostering a culture of regulatory compliance and quality excellence within the hearing market.
TONY SULSONA
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Tony has 30 years of experience with medical and consumer product companies in the US. He is an accomplished sales and marketing executive in sales leadership, senior-level management, and business development at established and startup healthcare and medical device companies, with proven success executing commercialization, marketing initiatives, customer service, and managing strategic stakeholder relationships. Tony’s hearing healthcare experience spans nearly 20 years of launching the “World’s First Disposable Hearing Aid”, the “World’s First Middle-Ear Implantable Device”, and currently with Nuheara, the “World’s First FDA-Cleared Self-Fitting OTC Hearing Aid”. Tony was the Vice President of Sales for a Swiss hearing aid manufacturer for 13 years where he also served as Sales & Marketing Strategic Advisor and US Brand Strategy Think Tank delegate. Tony is based in the US.

Ms Edwardes is a Commissioner on the WA Football Commission and a member of the Foreign Investment Review Board. She is also a Company Director on a number of ASX Boards, private companies and not-for-profit associations. A solicitor by profession, Ms Edwardes is a former Minister in the Court Government with extensive experience and knowledge of WA’s legal and regulatory framework relating to mining projects, environmental, native title, heritage and land access. During her political career, Ms Edwardes held positions as the first female Attorney General for Western Australia, Minister for Environment and Labour Relations, and was the Member for Kingsley for nearly 17 years.Ms Edwardes chaired Atlas Iron through it’s near death experience and remains a Director on the Board. She also chairs Vimy Resources Limited (ASX.VMY), a development company in uranium; the Port Hedland International Airport, a joint venture company between AMP Capital and Infrastructure Capital Group; and is a director of AusCann Group Holdings Limited (ASX.AC8), a listed medicinal Cannabis company..Ms Edwardes is a Senior Advisor in the Public and Government Affairs team at FTI Consulting, assisting clients with a range of complex statutory approvals required for resources and infrastructure projects. Ms Edwardes was awarded an Order of Australia in the Queen’s Birthday Honours 2016 for “significant service to the people and Parliament of Western Australia, to the law and to the environment, and through executive roles with business, education and community organisations.” Ms Edwardes was also named in the 100 Women of Influence 2016, inducted into Western Australian Women’s Hall of Fame 2016 and was a finalist in the Women in Resources Award 2015.

As the Senior Director, she was responsible for an annual revenue budget in the low billions of dollars. Prior to that, for the inception of the Xbox Games Marketplace, Ms. Foster set business vision, strategy and drove the technical execution around digital and physical supply chain technology and operations to enable Xbox’s billion-dollar business globally.Ms. Foster has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Class Limited since July 2015. She joined the QSuper Audit and Risk committee in March 2017, and the advisory board of Mine Hive Pty Ltd in May 2019. Ms. Foster is also the managing director of Foster Consulting, a boutique consulting firm focusing on strategic initiatives and direction.
