Note that a cancel or agree box box has now popped up today on the KPMG website when accessing info for shareholders and creditors on the Nuheara VA. It requires agreement to restrict communication of information to only shareholders and creditors, otherwise accept liability for any problems caused to KPMG. This is the first time I have seen this displayed. The results of today's court application for an extension of the VA should be there soon.
