The 3 players in this closing game are all playing as expected considering the limitations involved. In the end RT and contract manufacturer are in control. They need do nothing ( but they may) and just run the clock down and get any leftovers proportional to their debt after the administrator in regards to cash and all the technology. Shareholder getting zip in just about all scenarios unless a outside bidder wants to pay out those debts but time is moving very fast. Finishing so close to Christmas and then holidays in new year if it doesn't happen right now in next few weeks - ain't going to happen IMO. I can't see what would make RT and contract manufacturer play with current management so they can just wait it out. I am very surprised by the conduct and some of the advice that some parties have likely received over the last 2-3 years and lack of action by their lawyers. RT and the Contract manufacturer probably be communicating and aware of each others triggers . Won't know full position until meeting.
