There is no "current management" the adminstrators are in charge and they determine the time line for actions and are working to a strict schedule.
RealTek's hand is greatly diminished lacking the claim they thought they had.The admininstrators have advised Realtek of their position on the 20th August giving 14 days for a response, but it appears there has been no response to the issue.
The rules and laws are very clear and the administrator has set them out for RealTek and advised accordingly.
