You and I both know that for a simple extension, which was always going to be granted, the rebuttal did not have to come at this stage. What will most likely happen is we get to December, its marked down to be liquidated, and then realtek will serve an mareva injunction on the liquidator to stop them disposing of the asset/assets until a court case is heard on the security. And yes that is an assumption, but most likely what will happen and how it will play out.
