Nuheara takeover target?

It may be a stretch but we already know of one takeover proposal at 8c?
if I remember right some legacy mining leases were an issue which have been offloaded. I
now we have AGM resolution addressing takeover
we also have a resolution to allow more capital to be raised which could have nothing to do with a takeover or it could have everything! Making sure nuh is adequately capitalised would be a condition for takeover.
this all could be nothing or it could be a case of where there is smoke...
I'd suggest a takeover price of 15c.
