Honestly just goes to show how much this stock is manipulated, they win the court case pumps 70% and loses back only to be up 20%, people are playing with this tock because they know it is a house of cards, for this stock to turn around means they need to clear their name with ASIC, the smart money will be taking advantage of this weakness which will linger around for a while to come. Take the Sheehy court case for example the thing that pushed the price down so much besides the obvious misconduct and bad financial results, were the media articles bringing new development to the court case, i assume this time will be just as bad if not worse as they are essentially up against the Australian government. Win or lose i expect to see the stock price fluctuate to the downside especially if they don't produce sufficient profits.
